Who receives information
Necessary booking details may be shared with the selected hotel, transport operator, activity provider, payment processor and technology service providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, dispute, accounting and legal purposes. We use role-based access and reasonable technical controls, though no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review or correct your details, or request deletion where no legal or contractual retention duty applies. Operational booking messages may still be necessary while a service is active.
